Who we are
ਸਿੱਖ ਢਾਡੀ ਜੱਥੇ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ
Sukhpreet Singh Khalsa Dhadi Jatha Canada is a Sikh religious Dhadi Jatha dedicated to the propagation and promotion of Sikhism and the teachings of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
In Canada, the group carries out its religious and community services through 15245575 Canada Inc. Across the Sikh community worldwide, the Jatha is known as Sukhpreet Singh Khalsa Dhadi Jatha Sabhrawan Wale.
The Jatha regularly travels to different countries to promote Sikh teachings and Sikh heritage — including Canada, India, England, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, the UAE, Greece, Portugal and Spain.
All members of the Jatha have received Santhia — traditional instruction in the correct reading and pronunciation of Gurbani — of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, along with formal musical education and training. The members have been serving the Sikh community since 2004.

Religious services in Ontario
Since August 2023, through 15245575 Canada Inc., the Jatha has been providing religious services at various Gurdwara Sahibs across Ontario, as well as at the homes of members of the Sikh community upon invitation, and at various religious and community events.

Connecting the Sangat with Gurbani
The primary purpose of the Jatha is to connect the Sikh community with Gurbani, Sikh history, Sikh values and the rich Sikh cultural heritage.
- Connecting Sikh Sangat with the teachings of Gurbani.

- Performing Gurbani Kirtan and Dhadi Vaaran.

Gurbani Kirtan

Gurbani Kirtan performed at Gurdwara Sahibs, at the homes of Sangat members and at religious and community events.
Gurbani Santhia
ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਸੰਥਿਆ
Teaching the correct reading and pronunciation of Gurbani, and helping individuals recite Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji with accuracy.
Religious Ceremonies
ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਰਸਮਾਂ
Ceremonies conducted in accordance with Sikh traditions and Rehat Maryada — birth-related ceremonies, Anand Karaj and final rites.
Prakash & Sukh Asan Sewa
ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਤੇ ਸੁਖ ਆਸਨ ਸੇਵਾ
Assisting with the Prakash Sewa of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji during Amrit Vela, performing Sukh Asan Sewa, and taking and sharing the Hukamnama.
Sikh History Parchar
ਸਿੱਖ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ
Educating the Sangat about the lives, teachings and Gurmat principles of the Ten Sikh Gurus during Gurpurabs and commemorative events.
Children & Youth Education

The Tradition
Sikh history through Dhadi Vaaran
A significant part of the Jatha's mission is to preserve and share Sikh history through the traditional art of Dhadi music and Vaaran.
Through musical performances and historical narratives, the Jatha educates the Sangat about the courage, sacrifices, struggles and contributions of the Sikh Gurus, Shaheeds and historical figures.
Performances combine Dhadi singing, traditional instruments, Gurbani, Sikh history and religious discourse — making Sikh heritage accessible and meaningful to audiences of all ages.
